Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Domestic Shipping (Within India): 3-7 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-15 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Clothikoo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact our customer support team at clothikoo@gmail.com for assistance.
  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
